Your list is already registered in the global list of lists maintained by
*LISTSERV*.  You  can search  it  via  LIST  GLOBAL  or through  the  web
interface at http://www.lsoft.com/lists/listref.html. A  lot of the other
lists of lists are maintained  manually and updated infrequently. There's
not much you can do about it.
