If a user has been subscribed to a list with an "*" in the name field,
would the user issuing a REGISTER <full name> command to Listserv result
in the updating of any list subscriptions they have, or would they also
have to re-issue a SUBSCRIBE command so their full name is updated using
the information in the SIGNUP files?
