Let's take a few words at random:

SLUT: 1. Well known expletive in English.
      2. "End" in Swedish

PITT: 1. Well known expletive in Swedish.
      2. Surname of well known American actor.

FAN: 1. Air Motion Device in English.
      2. Well known expletive in Swedish. Probably the most used and the
first you'd want to censor - we'll just ask the Americans to say
"AMD" instead, I'm confident they will oblige gracefully :-)

I could go on forever, and that's with just two languages. Besides, if
you censor the well known words, people will just misspell them to bypass
the filters. I'm afraid what you need is a moderated list.
