I'm setting up lists for the first time. We're using Listserv 1.8d. I've
set the list to Attachments=No,Filter.  This works as described for
attachments that come as enclosures. My email program
(Pegausus) sends attachments as a separate email. When I was
testing, none of the attachments were posted to the list, whether
they were binary or text. Is this the expected behavior?
