Since Outlook Express is too stupid to put the "Don Wiss
<[log in to unmask]> wrote:" at the top of my replies for me, I have to
do it manually. I use DUALHDR for this. Very handy, and I'd hate it if a
listowner changed it on me. Next time, it would be better to send a QUERY
LISTNAME WITH IETFHDR FOR *@* to listserv and then only change them to
FULLHDR.
