Is there a way to only have digests sent out when the size limit is reached?
It appears that I have to define a frequency, i.e. I can't set it to none.
Right now I set it to monthly so that it only sends out 1 digest per month
other than the ones when the size limit is reached, but I would like to even
avoid that.  Thanks.
