They're not subscribed under the mailing address that's generating the
bounces, probably.

In this case:

>249 02/20 07/15 [log in to unmask]
>                Last error: Unavailable; notary status was 5.1.1

my first guess would be that the actual address that is subscribed is
something like [log in to unmask]  I'd scan for hanber@ and
conectanet.com.br to see if there were any suspicious addresses.
