I have a public list in which I don't want subscribers to REView the
subscriber list. The header has the keyword REVIEW= Owners, but the
Signup message from the .mailtpl still generates the instructions for
obtaining a REView. I have been through the manual, and can't find what I

need to do so that new subscribers do not read "it is presently possible
for other  people to determine that  you are  signed up  to the  list"
when this is not true.
