No, you aren't confusing them.  I have a patch that allows me to edit the
From: field, and also allows me to add a "Resent-From: [log in to unmask]"
header.  Unfortunately, I think it adds this header to everything I mail,
whether it is "re-sent" or original.
 
The patch is called Extra Settings, and it adds 2 more setting selections
to the settings dialog: "Edit From:" and "X-Headers."
