The keyword is: notify=user@host
LISTSERV will send a short message saying in the subject
LIST: user@host joined the list
or:
LIST: user@host left the list
your will also receive a CC of ADD/DELete notification sent to users (ie
if ADDed or DELeted by an owner *without* the QUIET prefix ...)

You can also send to your favorite LISTSERV:
INFO KEYWORDS
INFO LISTOWNR
INFO
the last one will return a list of the INFO files available via e-mail
