There are  a number of servers  in Brazil which are  totally broken. They
are running with outdated versions of the network tables, which cannot be
updated either for  technical reasons (not enough disk  space) or because
of an  administrative error  when configuring the  server. The  people in
charge do not answer mail. The best advice I can offer is to relocate the
lists to another server if you have the misfortune of being hosted on one
of these servers. Note that there are a number of servers in Brazil which
work just fine :-)
