In the release version of 1.8d, you can reset the cookie manually by
using the 'wa' function RESET-COOKIE, ie,

 http://yourserver/cgi-bin/wa?RESET-COOKIE   (for unix)

 http://yourserver/scripts/wa.exe?RESET-COOKIE  (for windows)

I <think> also that if the cookie is bad, you should get routed to the
login screen under the release version, and the cookie gets automatically
reset.  I need to check this but I recall seeing something about it in
the APARs when I was writing the documentation.
