No. In the first place, RFC822 (and soon-to-be successor 2822) require a
From: address in emails. LISTSERV cannot be made to violate these
standards by eliminating this required address or even replacing it with
the List Address (which is almost certain to cause mail loops).
Sender= None will remove/prevent the RFC822 Header Sender: which is
normally set to the List-Address (listname@server_name)
