Couple of users have been reporting they don't get copies of their
postings to a moderated list, even thought they have REPRO set. Is REPRO
supposed to behave the same way as for non-moderated lists?

The posts in question were ultimately approved. I want to check this out
before digging through the Listserv and sendmail logs.
