Dear fellow listowners...

I have had many members this year who want to unsubscribe and they all get a
similar message as follows:

Invalid option - "KAREN". The valid options are GLobal, LOCal and NETWIDE
(minimum abbreviations shown in upper case).

Everytime I have checked how they signed on AND the spacing AND the name of the
list... but I see "nothing". It is usually the first name. Does anyone know why
this message is  so frequently occuring?

Any help would be appreciated...
