I queried my own subscription and all was normal; no TOPICS are used on this list. And I received messages sent before and after the one that was missed.

 

As for searching the logs--the Listserv server and mailserver are both at my university, so same personnel are involved. And they are overloaded, so I was hoping that some on this list would have some pointers for me to start them looking at. Any ideas?
