Where is this information keep?  In a file that I can see?  When is service
restored?  The next time LISTSERV restarts or only when I manually issue the
SERVE command?  The reason I ask is that I've been getting messages about a
served out user but when I issue the SERVE command I am told that the user's
access has not been suspended.
