Having made sure that the user is NOT filtered and not NOW
served out, as well as currently subscribed, have them try
one more time, but ALSO CC: you in the message. Check to
see if the mail was distributed (to the list) as well as
any messages sent to the list's ERRORS-TO: address (or
daily monitor).
Interestingly enough, the user's e-mail account seems to forward.
I wonder if that user's REPLY comes from a different address compared
to an original posting?
