Roger, I got one of those from CFS-L, too.  (For those who are confused,
I'm one of Roger's subscribers.)  It seems to bounce around between
three nodes and then get rejected because of too many "hops".  Very
annoying.  I would imagine that anyone who sent mail to the list yesterday
got one of those.
 
I didn't understand it either...
