The only suggestion that I can think of, and it isn't really
a good suggestion, is to set your list definition so that
subscriber replies go to the originator instead of back
to the list.
 
Otherwise a friendly reminder to ALL subscribers on some
periodic basis about list netiquette e.g., Me-Too postings.
