Well, that would make the USA designation totally meaningless,
wouldn't it (I grant it is a bit now but this would make it worse).
Since they started allowing com and org on Internet, and increasingly
the big ISPs want to go global, the REV BY COUNTRY has lost a lot of
its' usefulness, except in certain instances.
