Being a Comcast customer myself, I know that they use Brightmail filtering and that there is a customer control for which messages get blocked and which ones are allowed.

I think Brightmail has an issue with null From lines used with Listserv status messages.

We have an off-campus subscriber on the COMCAST ISP who is now having
difficulties mailing our list.  He is neither served off nor blocked by
our ISP.  He's able to email me, as well as the
[log in to unmask] address, but his mailer seems to block the
[log in to unmask]  Oh, the listname is ab-L (a total of four
positions including the dash (ab-L is NOT the real listname)).
