You may want to  check your mailbox more carefully. Every  day, you get a
report on the bounces that LISTSERV *did* understand. What it forwards is
what it  DOES NOT  UNDERSTAND (emphasis mine).  If it  doesn't understand
what a message  says and what the bouncing address  is, it can't possibly
summarize it.
