Nope.  Completely wrong.  Portal simply runs a machine which provides an
anonymous remailing service, which takes incoming email, revises the
headers to remove all indentifying information, and sends it on.  The
original sender could be _anyone_ posting from _anywhere_.  Portal's
postmaster is not the originator, nor can Portal's postmaster remove this
person.

This message gives _absolutely_ _no_ _indication_ of who sent it.  That's
the whole point.  If you think you know who it is, you can complain to the
postmaster at _that_ person's site, but this message is not in any way
evidence that this person is responsible.  If _I_ were the postmaster there
and you asked me to deal with this person based on that message, I'd kindly
offer my regrets and decline to do so.
