I was hoping to, but have no idea what to tell them. They didn't attach it
themselves, and I think I have ruled out a virus, so I'm 99% sure it's one
of those damned Microsoft things. But since I can't find any information
about it, I can't tell them how to avoid it. I was hoping this group, with
its vast ocean of experience with so many mail clients, had seen it before.
