Hello:

My name is Josie O'Brien.  I run a list for Scottish Terriers called
CyberScots.

I would like to know if there is a way to stop all attachment files from
being received on the CyberScots List, both in regular and digest formatted
E-mail.  I have read through the entire manual and don't know what to do.
We already have the setting at NOHTML and the members are still receiving
attachments.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
