I haven't had any problems yet, but I know that the only way I can
personally forward a message to a list easily (there is another not so easy
way to do it) is to send the entire message as a text file attachment.
Despite my having * Files= No, I seem to not have a problem doing this,
and while LISTSERV makes some minor adjustments to the message, placing
Boundaries and such, I have no problem sending these through.

Such an option might be useful to some people, but a sever hindrance to
others.  Thats what I'm trying to say here (and rather poorly at that).
