On stripping or rejecting bottom banners from list posts:
Tied in with this could be an option to strip them before archiving the
posts -- or maybe archiving the post before adding the banner so they
don't clutter up the archives. We tried adding them a while back, but
removed them in the interest of saving space in our archives. Plus, it
was *very* frustrating to see the "Don't quote over 5 lines" banner being
quoted in addition to the entire post that was being responded to...
