That depends on how you mean it. _Technically_ it's ok, as LISTSERV will
pass on whatever is sent to it. _Morally_, on the other hand, is a totally
different thing and depends on the nature of the list. If it's a PDF fan
club list where you know that all subscribers love receiving PDF
attachments, then it's ok. Otherwise many people consider it a breach of
Netiquette to send any attachments at all over a mailing list.
