For the sake of any other smart alecs ;-) , I added "Confidential= Yes"
to my list header, and received back the error message:

The following problems have been detected in the list header:
 * Confidential= ...,YES
 Warning: Extraneous parameter - only one is allowed for this keyword.

Note that I did NOT enter "Confidential=  ,Yes", or "=...,Yes" etc!!
