I've been using WhatHelps? and their $9.95 package for about 3 months. They
are quite good - very responsive to requests for assistance. The webpage
interface makes managin my mailing list much easier and much more flexible.
Plus the $9.95 also includes a discussion board and some other tools for
web sites.
