Thank you all for your suggestions. Over the weekend some messages were
delivered to the list. But there are still old posts which I'm not sure
where they ended up.

I will continue to monitor and try to track down the cause using your
suggestions. As Mr. Russel mentioned, there is the possibility of some
server side filtering which we have implemented in our battle with spam
that might be causing this.
