Preferably, "reply" without the body of the original text, but it will
work if you can't get rid of it, you'll just get a long "error" message.
 
The "ok" goes in the first two columns of the first line of the reply.
If your system is one which puts "quoted" material at the beginning
of the reply, with your message following, and you can't get the thing
not to do that, manually add a new line at the beginning and put your
ok there.
