Mitch,
I don't know about listserv, or seen anything.  I know you would like
listserv stuff.

Here, we have a perl script to go thru thousands of lists for owner phrase
and print out the e-mail address. (or just an email address to search
all lists to find which lists a person is in.)
It really helps to search for persons.  You could probably make it a web
page also.
