    Re: recent discussions of spammers, filters and serve-off

If I ( as postmast ) serve someone OFF, is ANYTHING they send to/thru
LISTSERV automatically forwarded to me - is there a date or count limit
where the sendings just go to the bit-bucket ?

If something for a list matches a filter setting for that list, is
ANYONE notified or does it go straight to bit-bucket ?

If a spam gets sent to a list that has already exceeded its daily limit,
will issuing a SERVE-OFF of that person prior to releasing the list
block distribution ? Will adding a FILTER prior to release stop it ?
If neither, CAN the post be blocked some other way ( temp change to
SEND=EDITOR ? )

TIA - mike
