This may just be me, but is there a reason the owner's docs in Word format
at LSoft's web site aren't zipped? Two reasons- 1) faster to download a zip
file, and 2) with a .doc extension, Netscape tries to read it (can't), so I
have to "save link as".

Do people really read Word docs directly from the browser?
