That is a 'user' command, not restricted to 'owners'

I guess I don't understand why you would want a list of just the concealed
subscribers.  I regularly issue the get ... (nolock command on my lists
and then use either search on VMS or grep on CMS to find who 'really' needs
to be removed when I get a 'bounced' message.  This is especially necessary
when I get a bounce back from a LISTEARN since LISTEARN does not have the
nice wildcarding features of LISTSERV.
