It would be nice if this didn't apply to list owners.  I have a large
LOG file I'd like to edit and put back in the archives, and I can't get
it because it's bigger than the quota limit.  This is especially silly
since I'm on the local node.  Does anyone know of any workarounds?
I'm just trying to put a meaningful subject line on an article so people
can find it with ldbase.
