My understanding was that you could configure P-Mail to use any character
as the quoting delimiter...and that the default configuration was to use
"> ".  At least that's what I <thought> I was told way back when (when
I had hair and it wasn't grey).
 
If this is the case, a strong suggestion to change that configuration
might work wonders...I don't even bother to forward the bounces anymore,
I just delete them.  I've told people enough times and they don't
listen.
