Yes, those who send her the material are heedless as to what they send, and
she is heedless as to what she cut/pastes into the list postings.

Marty Hoag's comments are apposite.

Tell her to scrupulously edit all of her cut/paste material or don't do it.
If she is going to play editor in this way, she had blessed well do the
proper editing so as not to create a problem  for her host site, or totally
cease the cut/paste activity alltogether.  If she doesn't know how to do it
without causing a problem, instruct her.  If she can't do proper editing,
given her mail system, then she must totally cease the cut/paste business,
if that constantly causes problems for the host site.
