Have you checked the LISTSERV log file to be sure a message is being sent to
him?  Have you verified that outgoing mail to him is not 'stuck' on the server
for some reason?  (is he getting regular list mailings from the same server?)


Have him send the 2 line command to LISTSERV@...

There is no  information file for the  LSTOWN-L list. Here is  a copy of

If he gets only #2 and not #1 then his ISP is blocking mail with RFC821 
MAIL FROM:<>  which is not allowed according to internet standards.

If he gets both, then the problem is elsewhere, perhaps mail filters.  Detailed
logging of mail traffic may be required.
