You should look at the default.mailtpl file located in the ListServ Main
directory.  This has the complete text of all templates sent by listserv.
Determining which does what and is sent to whom takes a little intuitive
work, but it can be summized from the Subject description.  I don't know of
any other documentation that covers all the templates.
