LISTSERV does this via
 
* SEND= EDITOR
* EDITOR= realowner,(listname)
 
where the parens ARE required, and listname is the ... name of the list.
 
This is part of what some folks call "self-moderation" -- works good
unless you have alot of subscribers posting from re-distribution lists.
