I have one or two list members who is consistently post in HTML, and they
make it through to the list every time. But they are using HTML only, and I
don't believe there's plain text in the messages.
What I've been waiting for is for the digest folks to complain. So far,
nobody has said a word. So, is the digest still converting HTML to visible
code, or is it either accepting or converting the HTML into plain text?

Since approx. Dec 2002 the LANGUAGE=NOHTML setting will reject (return to
sender with appropriate explanation) a message which is HTML-only and has no
plain-text component. Of course older versions/build will not do this.
