IFF it were a true LISTSERV with appropriate configuration / list
definitions set, it would be a PEERED LIST.
 
It's hard to know since we don't know what is on the other
end of this mail address.
 
Depending upon the purposes of your list, and the "thing"
at the other end, it is quite possible that this is or is NOT
a good thing.

Some lists are better not being "gated" and some are BETTER.
