I just delete the name from the list and write to the address sayin that I do
not care to have my list redistributed.  (As you say, we obviously can't
prevent someone's doing this and not telling us about it, but this will get rid
of most of them--my list was being distributed on CompuServe!)  I point out
that individual subscribers are welcome.
