No.  Generally, LISTSERV does not examine message content in determining
whether or not a message is considered 'spam'.  Sending multiple identical
messages to different lists at the same time will be considered spam.  Or
perhaps your LISTSERV server received a backbone notification about a similar
'attack' from the same user on another LISTSERV server.
