The extension .NET isn't for the Netherlands--the extension for them
is .NL.  .NET is generally but not always a US network provider-type
of host.  I can't remember exactly what differentiates a NET from a
COM but it seems like it is supposed to have something to do with
offering network services vs. simply having a corporate presence on
the network.
