The subscriber can set header information as follows:

SET <listname> <headertype>

<headertype> is one of the following:

FULLHdr ("Full" Headers -- the default)
        SHORTHdr
        IETFHdr "Internet-style headers"
DUALHdr (According to the manual, this provides "dual headers"
useful for some PC and Mac mail systems)

You need to change to "SHORTHdr". You can either tell the subscriber to
do so, or do it for him/her:

SET <listname> shorthdr for <useraddress>

Or I suppose you could set it that way for the entire list by using wild
cards:

set <listname> shorthdr for *@*

I thought you could set the default of the list itself that way too, but
can't find that in the documentation.
