Just to be clear, I am more interested in knowing why this subscriber
received even on probe message (much less multiples) given that the list is
set to passive probe.  Doesn't passive probing mean that the subscriber
never receives probe notices?  I thought that this is how this setup
worked.  The duplication problem I can deal with.  I just didn't think the
PROBE1 template was utilized at all for passive probing.
